Moshe Kaplan is an expert in management, design, development, infrastructure and security of high load software projects. Mr. Kaplan has over 15 years of experience in providing software solutions and he is known to be a cloud and SCRUM evangelist. Mr. Kaplan served as a department head at a top IDF IT unit. Moshe holds M.Sc in Engineering and B.Sc in Physics and Computer Science, all of from Tel Aviv University.
