Course Description:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is a broad and extensible platform which is built to be customized to your client needs, but also contains many useful features right out of the box.
This workshop will take you through the application existing features and customization tools. By the end of it, you will be able to set up a Microsoft Dynamics CRM working application without writing a single line of code.
Each topic will be accompanied with real business requirements from actual projects I have implemented.
Workshop target: Understanding Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 concepts and features, acquiring familiarity with the application existing features and extending abilities using real business requirements implementation
Trainer:

Yaniv Arditi experts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM products and is officially certified by Microsoft to develop and implement these products. In the last four years, as a product expert, Yaniv was involved in consulting, training and managing various projects for global organizations which implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM products in versions 1.2 to 4.0. Among his other roles, Yaniv carried out a long line of development roles as a development team leader and solutions architect for ASP.NET technology.
In 2008 Yaniv has joined E4D as a consultant and trainer who experts in the development of interfaces and ISV solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM products
