VSTS 2010 - Managing Agile and Scrum software projects
Course Description:
The Team Foundation platform is based on agile concepts and contains a large set of 'out-off-the-box' features and artifacts that are required for agile day to day activities. In this course you will learn how to plan and enact an Agile or Scrum software project, taking into consideration the classical aspects of budget, time and content and achieving them in an Agile ALM environment. Use Team System 2010 to find the appropriate equilibrium while effectively planning and control your projects.

Sarit has over thirteen years of experience in software development, architecture, consulting and consulting management. Prior to joining E4D, Sarit have developed and established a business unit which specializes in the multiple aspects of application lifecycle management processes, Leading the team for almost three years, supplying high quality consulting and implementation services to organization in multiple industry sectors and geographies. As part of her technology portfolio Sarit has focused on Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio, for which she was invited to join Microsoft’s customer council for those products and lead Microsoft’s Israeli users group. Sarit is now involved in methodological procedures of product readiness for small, medium and large companies focusing on the linkage between business goals and technical realisations through the practices of managing software configuration, requirements, test and defect, release, customer support and development
