In this workshop we will explore the Workflow engine capabilities, events and actions which can be performed by it. Also, we will extend the Workflow engine capabilities with custom .NET code and Implement a full SLA supporting scenario. Target audience: Developers, System Analysts and Implementers

Yaniv Arditi experts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM products and is officially certified by Microsoft to develop and implement these products. In the last four years, as a product expert, Yaniv was involved in consulting, training and managing various projects for global organizations which implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM products in versions 1.2 to 4.0. Among his other roles, Yaniv carried out a long line of development roles as a development team leader and solutions architect for ASP.NET technology. In 2008 Yaniv has joined E4D as a consultant and trainer who experts in the development of interfaces and ISV solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM products
